Ana Mosquera was born in Caracas/Venezuela where she worked as a freelancer for a Daily Newspaper, while taking a degree on Architecture. On 2002, following her pasion for photography, she came to the UK to study at The Kent Institute of Art and Design where she graduated with honours on 2005 from a Photography Degree. She is deeply interested on issues related to popular culture and its relationship to women in society. She currently lives and works in London
